Instructions

  2. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with a damp cloth. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.

  3. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  4. On a floured surface, roll the dough out into a thin circle. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza pan.

  5. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the cheese over the sauce.
