  • 2 frozen acai berry packs (100g each)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Fresh banana slices, for topping
  • Fresh strawberries, halved, for topping
  • Fresh blueberries, for topping
  • Granola, for topping
  • Chia seeds, for sprinkling

Instructions

  2. Break the acai up into your blender, adding the half cup of frozen berries and the ripe banana.

  4. Blend on high until a thick, smoothie-like consistency is achieved. You may need to stop and stir or tamp down the mixture occasionally.
