Instructions

  1. Prepare the Noodles: Cook rice noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water, then set aside.

  2. Stir-Fry Tofu: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add tofu cubes and fry until golden brown on all sides. Remove the tofu and set aside.
